Unexpected Encores offers three distinct interactive performance offerings full of music, laughter, and joyful engagement to uplift the life experience of isolated elders who have early stage diagnoses of dementia/Alzheimer's, as well as that of their caregivers.

Personalized Interactions

Unexpected Encores provides a One-on-One Engagement Experience that includes music, puppetry, and improvisation, with the aim of creating joy and delight for elders experiencing memory loss, and their caregivers.

Theatrical Presentation

Unexpected Encores also presents our fully realized Theatrical Performance, featuring nostalgic vignettes and music, as well as a five-member live cast of Happy Travelers who are specifically trained to engage with elders experiencing memory loss, and their caregivers.

Small Group Performances

Unexpected Encores offers Small Group Experiences for holidays, milestones, and special events, presented with music and improvisation, aimed at heightening the joy of the occasion for elders experiencing memory loss, and their caregivers.
